In remembrance

by littlebatchbotanicals

Today is Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), traditionally the Mexican holiday that is about families gathering together to honor those who have passed. I think it’s a beautiful tradition. Marigolds are the flowers of offering on the Day of the Dead. I grew many of these plants in my garden this year, and plan to place them throughout the house today as I remember those close to me whom have passed on… my grandparents, Nonni, Uncle Kenny, my godfather, Anna, Great Grandma, Aunt Nancy…

I will think of them always.
